Well, I'm not to sure about $3000 per month, but you can get paid to drive your car. There are some companies that will give you a little money to put there advertisement on your vehicle.
A single company may give you $5 - $25 per month. So if you would like to make $3,000 per month to drive your car, your car would look like a newspaper classified section with wheels. It would be ridiculous. But if you are very interested in making some extra money, that is definitely an option.
