It's been quite a while since my last post so I thought I would just drop a quick note on how I personally make most of my money online. Which is the reason why I will be sharing information on how to advertise for cpa networks.
For those unaware, a cpa network is a affiliate marketing company that offers cost per action (cpa) programs that you can drive traffic to. A cpa program pays you for a specific action set up by the owner of the program. It may be an email submission, a software download, or some other action.
A cpa program tends to convert at a lot higher rate than your normal cost per sale (cps) program because it doesn't require an actual purchase in order for you to make money.
My favorite ways to advertise for cpa networks and programs include the following:
1) Article marketing - this is a tried and true way of generating traffic for websites and blogs. Write a 350 to 500 word article about whatever the category of the product and submit your article to multiple directories.
2) Blogging - Obviously blogging is another great way to attract traffic to your website. If done right your blog post can be found in Google searches within minutes.
Both of these forms of marketing require good keyword research or else your article or post may fall way behind the thousands of other webpages fighting for visibility online.
Other ways to advertise for cpa networks might be with pay per click, ezine ads, free classifieds, but I tend to lean towards free ways of getting traffic for the profitability. It takes a lot more work, but the long term effects are untouchable.
Whatever you decide to do to advertise for cpa networks, be sure to have a landing page where you will capture email addresses and build your list. Especially if you are going to use PPC. It is critical that you can make money on the backend to help with your ad costs.
